Import vs Domestic VIP Experience

How do you fancy going to the BIGGEST and BEST Import Drag Race in the WORLD the Haltech Import vs Domestic World Cup Finals.

The WINNER will receive 2 x WCF tickets for entry Wednesday 5th November 2025 - Sunday 9th November 2025 with VIP bands for the Grandstands.

We will also supply the return flights from the UK (Heathrow or Gatwick) to the USA (Washington Dullies or Baltimore)

We will also supply one 3 star hotel room (twin or double) within 50 miles of the track for 6 nights (4th-10th November 2025)

There is a maximum of 1000 tickets to be sold, but the draw will be on September the 22nd but needless to say we may draw early if a target is met (so buy early)

Should the WINNER be unable book their trip within 5 days of the draw a cash alternative of £1000 will be available. (Simply because flights and hotels availability are fluctuating all the time we have to get it booked straight away)

Same goes if the WINNER cannot attend the event we will give a cash alternative of £1000.

Full Winnings Information
2 x VIP event tickets with standard parking.
Flights only come with hand luggage (upgrade can be made at extra cost) from Heathrow or Gatwick (we do not cover costs getting to or from the airport or airport parking)
Car hire is not included (due to the constraints of ages and potential licence infringements) You will need to arrange your own transport in the USA.
A Hotel within a 50 mile radius of the track of a 3 star rating from 4th-10th November 2025
Does not include food
Winner will also have to arrange their own ESTA, Insurance and a Vaild Passport.
All Flights and Hotels booked via Rachel AliceTravel and come with ATOL and ABTA protection (if from the UK)

European FWD Cannot be held responsible for flights changing, acts of god, terrorism, itinery changes or event cancellation. Once trip is booked there is no changing or cancellation.

This competition is open to all countries, BUT if the WINNER is from the USA the alternative will be the 2x Event tickets, Hotel and $500 cash towards internal flights or driving costs (it’s a big place)
